What You’ll Do:
- Drive and Lead – Operate box trucks safely while directing your crew through residential and commercial moves.
- Supervise and Train – Guide, mentor, and train movers to ensure quality service and efficiency.
- Customer Interaction – Provide outstanding service and handle client concerns professionally.
- Safety and Compliance – Follow all DOT and company safety regulations to ensure a secure work environment.
- Problem Solving – Think on your feet to handle challenges and ensure a smooth moving experience.
Requirements:
- Age 21+ (25 or older preferred for insurance purposes)
- 2+ years of experience as a foreman or driver in a licensed moving company
- Experience driving box trucks or similar moving equipment
- Clean driving record (CDL not required but a plus)
- Strong leadership skills – able to motivate, train, and direct a team
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor – must be courteous, reliable, and customer-focused
- Ability to handle pressure in a fast-moving environment
- No felony convictions or convictions related to theft or drugs
- Ability to pass a drug test
